There's much to see here. So take your time, look around, and become educated on what is happening at the Villas. How Villa owners are treated by the resort and the HOA board. It may surprise you. What the HOA board/management committees members are doing or are not doing to protect the VILLA owners enjoyment and their investment.
I have never used the tennis court other than to look at it from my balcony. How about you? Where is the usage data to support this assignment?
I know I rarely use the pool and hot tub when I am at my Villa. I never use the exercise room, sauna, steam room or common locker rooms.
I have used the steam room twice in since my Villa purchase in 2010. Do you used it? There should be usage data to support operating cost assessments. Our HOA board/management committee should demand this information be generated.
Where is the data to support 48% usage by Villa owners and their guest. It should be available since pool sign in is required. Our HOA board/management committee won't demand fair assessment of amenity charges or data proving 48% us by the Villas.
Help our HOA board stops paying for 48% of the amenities operating expense until that usage can be proven. Why does the resort collect a daily resort fee of $28 if not to pay for amenity usage and operating costs of amenities?
